At PoopBusters, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds, credits, or service adjustments may be provided.
Service Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive to provide reliable and professional pet waste removal services. If you are dissatisfied with a completed service, please contact us within 24 hours of your scheduled service date so we can review and address your concerns.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • A scheduled service was paid for but not performed.

  • A billing error resulted in an incorrect charge.

  • A service issue occurred that could not be reasonably corrected.

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Non-Refundable Services
Refunds will generally not be provided for:

  • Services that were completed as scheduled.

  • Missed appointments caused by inaccessible yards, locked gates, aggressive animals, or unsafe conditions.

  • Customer cancellations made after the scheduled service time.

  • Dissatisfaction based on circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions or new pet waste deposited after service completion.

Service Credits
In some situations, we may choose to provide a service credit, free re-service, or account credit instead of a monetary refund.
Service credits have no cash value and may only be applied to future services.
Recurring Service Plans
Customers enrolled in recurring service plans may cancel future services at any time by providing at least 24 hours' notice before the next scheduled visit.
Charges for services already completed are non-refundable.
Cancellations
To avoid charges, cancellations should be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled service appointment.
Late cancellations may be subject to service charges.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Billing Disputes
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution. We will make every effort to resolve billing concerns promptly.
